Submission guidelines

UPDATE: Submissions will be accepted until Friday, July 3rd, 2015.


The conference is open to students currently enrolled in a masters or doctoral program.

Proposals should contain the following in a single e-mail attachment in MS Word format:

  1. One-page abstract (300 words max).
  2. Cover page that includes the submitter’s full name, title, institution, degree program, current year of study, and primary e-mail.

Abstracts should be no more than 300 words and are due June 30, 2015.

Please mention any audio-visual equipment you may require. Presentations should be no more than 20 minute in length with 10 minutes for discussion. We will seek to publish accepted papers in an edited volume on the conference theme.
